TheITGourmet site is a closet foodie's guide to cooking good food. This was started to help share my passion for cooking.

I like to cook simple, delicious recipes with three easy rules: minimize the use of kitchen equipment, try to keep the recipes less than 10 ingredients, and take 45 minutes or less to prepare.
